Functional Fitness

Crossfit, or functional fitness, is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All functional fitness workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time.

Crush Endurance

A fitness program based on building aerobic capacity through running, rowing, sleds and biking. Using interval training with these machines have been proven to help build your breathing capacity, therefor making your workouts easier.

Personal Training

Personal training is all YOU. Whether you want to get stronger, lose weight, get better at certain skills or to work towards a certain goal our trainers are here for you. Our trainers have experience will all age groups and can create an program for you. We have experience with athletes, disabilities, movement restrictions and weight loss. We are here to help you CRUSH your fitness goals!
